Students must be at least 18 years of age, provide student name, mailing address, contact phone number, and email address. Once the student account has been created and course tuition has been paid, the student will be emailed the online course location (URL) and the student log in information. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION IS ENTERED INTO THE MESSAGE BOX BEFORE SENDING! FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION IS A PART OF THE ONLINE COURSE.
